Aiways spare parts, supplied from China to Europe. The brand paused. The cars didn't.
Regular supply
Regular Aiways production has stopped, but the U5 and U6 are still in service across Europe. GNSGO supplies their spare parts from China to European workshops and distributors. We verify every part number, check the version against the VIN before quoting, and say plainly which parts we cannot get.
The U5 and U6 are now deep in their maintenance years. GNSGO runs an independent supply line for their parts: sourced in China, verified against part numbers, shipped to your workshop or warehouse. We're not here to replace the suppliers you already have — we're the reference they can't get.

Something wrong with the car? Start from the symptom
Regular production has stopped and the European service network went with it — and on these cars much of what looks like a breakdown is one simple cause presenting itself many times over, or a service that was switched off at the manufacturer's end rather than a broken car. Work from the symptom you actually notice; the guides hub groups all 13 troubleshooting topics that way. The ones owners hit most:
- Every warning light at once, and the car will not start — a flat 12 V battery browning out the control units together
- DC fast charging fails, or charging stops partway — how to split an AC-only fault from a DC one
- You want to read the fault codes yourself — what a generic OBD-II tool can and cannot reach on a U5
- The tailgate stops halfway, or the locks misbehave — a lost learning value is not always a broken strut
- The app will not connect, or the SOS light is flashing — mostly a service switched off at the maker's end
- Worried about parts now that Aiways has left Europe — the routes parts still reach owners
- Already have a code in hand? — the Aiways U5 fault code index, 116 codes explained
- See all 13 troubleshooting topics — the full guide index, grouped by symptom

The situation
The fleet
U5 and U6 cars registered across Europe since 2020 — now entering their heaviest service years.
The problem
Regular production has stopped. Remaining factory stock is finite.
The window
Owners now depend on independent workshops to keep these cars on the road. The missing piece is parts — that's the line we run.
Supply scope
Orphan-vehicle supply isn't one market — it's layers with very different availability. We tell you which layer your part sits in before you commit.
Wear & maintenance
Brake components, filters, wipers, service items. Often independent of the original brand's tooling — supply here can be rebuilt and sustained.
Body & collision
Bumpers, panels, mirrors, trim. Accidents don't stop when a brand does. Sourced from remaining stock and verified piece by piece.
Lamps & rare items
Lamp assemblies and other dedicated-tooling parts. No factory restarts a mold for a discontinued model — what exists today is effectively all there will be.
Chassis & suspension
Shock absorbers and underbody components. Some carry air-freight restrictions; we route them correctly and say so in the quote.
Reference index
A sample of the range we're asked for — the scarce ones move fastest. Several parts exist in more than one version, split by a single letter; we confirm yours against the VIN before quoting.

Air for urgent compact parts, sea for panels and volume.
GNSGO supplies spare parts for China-built vehicles to workshops and distributors in Europe — checked against the part number and the VIN. 18 years in the automotive aftermarket, working between China and Europe.
House rule: we quote against part numbers, not catalogs. If we can't verify a part, we say "no" — a wrong part helps nobody. GNSGO is an independent supplier, not affiliated with or endorsed by Aiways Automobile.
